FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – February 26, 2019
High Salary SG
Players costing over $6,667
Evan Fournier (at NY – $6,000): Needs 25.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 16.1 fantasy points against Toronto. We’re cheating because yikes it’s bad at shooting guard. If wasn’t a great night for Fournier against the Raptors but he was playing well prior to that game, going over 30 fantasy points in four straight. And now he has a great chance to bounce back against the Knicks. Trust the matchup here and expect Fournier to return to form. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
Terrence Ross (at NY – $5,800): Needs 25 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 38.3 fantasy points against Toronto. A guy I like even more than Fournier is Ross. He’s been more inconsistent throughout this recent run by the Magic and flashed a higher ceiling. The matchup is same and the Knicks should always be taken advantage of. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
High Value SG
Players costing $6,667 or under
Danny Green (vs BOS – $4,500): Needs 19.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 21.2 fantasy points against Orlando. Green has settled into a nice little spot. The minutes and opportunities are always there for him and the Raptors will obviously need him to step up in this game. He’s played well against the Celtics this season, averaging 25.7 fantasy points in three games. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a decent ceiling.
Malik Beasley (vs OKC – $4,500): Needs 19.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 11.9 fantasy points against LA Clippers. Beasley had a rough night against the Clippers but don’t be too alarmed. He’s still the starter so he’ll continue to get most of the minutes. One of the Nuggets guards will have a big game against the Thunder. It’s tough betting against the guy in the starting lineup, though it was Monte Morris who had the big game last time these two teams met. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
