46. . Wide Receiver. NC State. Kelvin Harmon. 26. player

The Indianapolis Colts are definitely a team to keep an eye on this offseason, as they have a ton of cap space, and a bunch of solid draft picks. Last season, the Colts did not know what to expect in terms of quarterback Andrew Luck, who missed most of the previous two seasons with a right shoulder injury, but he was all of that and more in 2018.

Luck finished second to only Patrick Mahomes in terms of touchdown passes, as he found the end zone 39 times, and then led the Colts to a Wild Card round upset of the Houston Texans on the road. He is once again one of the better quarterbacks in the NFL, and with a great offensive line in front of him, his best years may be coming.

In terms of where the Colts may choose to go in terms of their first round pick in April, they may choose to bolster the wide receiver group. T.Y. Hilton is one of the better wideouts in the AFC, but he needs help, and Kelvin Harmon from NC State would be a nice compliment to him in the passing game moving forward.

Harmon is a big-bodied wide receiver, possessing the kind of skills at the position that should make him a first round pick in April. With Harmon and Hilton on the outside, Luck would have two very good, and very different wideouts to throw to, adding more depth to the position group, and making this offense that much more dangerous.
