player. 31. . Quarterback. Ohio State. Dwayne Haskins. 4

Trade No. 2 early in round one is brought to you by Jon Gruden and the Oakland Raiders, who have more draft capital in the first round than any other franchise. With both Bosa and Allen off the board, the Raiders can afford to move down a bit and still get an elite edge rusher, while picking up some extra assets from the New York Giants.

With the Giants now sitting at No. 4, they will not pass up on a quarterback for the second straight season, and will pick Ohio State signal-caller Dwayne Haskins. Haskins had a monstrous season as the starter for the Buckeyes in 2018, throwing for 50 touchdowns, and leading the team to a Rose Bowl victory over the Washington Huskies.

The Giants have some elite offensive  talent, as Odell Beckham Jr. is one of the better wideouts in football, and Saquon Barkley may be the best overall running back. They have to bring in a quarterback who can exploit teams down the field, and Haskins certainly has the arm talent to do just that.

Odds are, the Giants will draft a quarterback in round one, and allow that player to sit behind Eli Manning for at least the first part of the 2019 NFL season. Manning did the same thing behind Kurt Warner his rookie season, and it certainly worked out well for the Giants franchise, as he led them to two Super Bowls.
