Houston. Ed Oliver. 9. player. 16. . Defensive Tackle

The Buffalo Bills were a playoff team following the 2017 regular season, snapping a playoff drought than lasted from 1999 to 2017. Unfortunately, they could not build on that success in 2018, but better times are coming, as they appear to have made the right decision in terms of their first round pick last April.

With that pick, the Bills selected Wyoming quarterback Josh Allen, who looked like a legitimate franchise quarterback late in the season. Allen can do so many good things on the football field with his arm, and his legs, though the organization would probably like him to stop taking so many hits.

On the other side of the ball, the Bills will have to replace a legend this offseason, as Kyle Williams announced his retirement at the end of the season. Williams has been a fixture along the Bills defensive line since the 2006 NFL season, and is a guy who could end up in Canton as a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

When it comes to this draft class, there are few defensive tackles that match the ability of Ed Oliver, who should hear his name called in the first ten picks of the draft. Oliver could step right in and fill the void left by the retiring Williams, and has shown during his time in college that he is an absolute freak, and should dominate at the NFL level.
