High Value C

Players costing $6,250 or under

Cody Zeller (vs HOU – $5,800): Needs 28 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 53.75 fantasy points against Golden State. Zeller is coming off a big game against the Warriors and he’s been a reliable option for most of the season. The Rockets still have some weakness with their defense and Zeller remains the best frontcourt option on the Hornets. The minutes will be there for him and even though his salary has jumped, I love his game right now. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Joakim Noah (vs CHI – $4,800): Needs 23.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 37.5 fantasy points against LA Lakers. Noah has been turning back the clock since the All-Star break. And now he gets his former team. It’s a stretch to call this a revenge game but it’s not a stretch to say the Bulls aren’t a good team and Noah can have success against their frontcourt. Even in limited minutes, he’s putting up huge numbers. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Brook Lopez (at SAC – $4,500): Needs 21.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31.5 fantasy points against Chicago. You can take Brook or Robin here. You can even pair them for a low cost and get reliable production with a strong chance that one of them will hit in a big way. I lean towards Brook just because of the team he’s on and the opportunities he’ll get in this matchup. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
