High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,250

Lauri Markkanen (at MEM – $8,600): Needs 41.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 50 fantasy points against Milwaukee. You can’t stop Lauri Markkanen, you can only hope to contain him. He’s playing fantastic basketball right now and I don’t see him slowing down. Don’t pay attention to the performance by the Grizzlies against the Lakers. They’re still not a good team. And Markkanen will punish them if they try to throw Joakim Noah at him. Trust him until he shows signs of falling off. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Julius Randle (at LAL – $7,800): Needs 37.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 49.5 fantasy points against Philadelphia. You typically know what you’re getting from Randle against the Lakers. He’s going to get you value if nothing else and the ceiling is higher because I’m just waiting for him to have a big game against them. I don’t know if Davis will play. But I know Randle is going to look to bust the Lakers one more time. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Marvin Bagley III (vs MIL – $6,700): Needs 32.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 48.25 fantasy points against Minnesota. MB3 was in the starting lineup against the Timberwolves and his production remained the same. It doesn’t matter if he’s starting or coming off the bench, he’s going to play big minutes and I continue to like his game overall. The Bucks can be a tough matchup but if Giannis is out, the matchup becomes easier. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
