High Value SF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Bojan Bogdanovic (at DAL – $6,000): Needs 25.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 30.8 fantasy points against Detroit. Remember what I said about Brogdon and getting reliable production on a big night? That’s the case with Bogdanovic as well. He’s settled into a nice spot, never lacks for minutes or opportunities and has a great matchup against the Mavericks. I didn’t mention Wesley Matthews in the shooting guard spot, but I also like him as a salary saver who should perform well against his former team. See, you have to pay attention to the meat of these slides. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Joe Harris (vs WAS – $5,200): Needs 22.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 19.7 fantasy points against San Antonio. Harris has been up-and-down since the break. He was down against the Spurs, so if the trend continues, he’ll be up against the Wizards. The matchup is certainly a good one as the Wizards offer nothing on the defensive end and Harris continues to get plenty of minutes and opportunities. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Maurice Harkless (at BOS – $4,700): Needs 20.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 28.1 fantasy points against Cleveland. Harkless has been a strong performer in recent games and he’s playing on a well-oiled team where he gets the opportunities to produce in the starting lineup. The Celtics are wounded while the Blazers are rolling. I imagine Boston will be better than they were against the Raptors, but maybe not? I know the Blazers will be good. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
