High Value SG

Players costing $6,250 or under

Bojan Bogdanovic (vs MIN – $5,400): Needs 24.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 27.5 fantasy points. You typically know what you’re getting from Bogdanovic. The Pacers just continue to chug along despite missing an All-Star and no one seems to notice. Then they beat you and you’re like, ‘What the hell happened?” Both teams are on a back-to-back and the Pacers are at home, which will give them the advantage. You can always take him as a reliable salary saver and maybe he ends up hitting big. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Will Barton (vs UTA – $5,000): Needs 23 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 34.25 fantasy points against Oklahoma City. Barton looked the best he’s looked all season in his last game against the Thunder. So that should be a good sign for his value. The Nuggets can be weird to figure out because they are so deep and you never know who is going to have the big game. But Barton starts and gets big minutes on most nights, which helps his cause. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.

Dwyane Wade (at HOU – $5,100): Needs 24.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 44.75 fantasy points against Golden State. Doubt DWade at your own risk right now. I’ve been banging on him since the All-Star break because I know he’s going to raise his level in this final month to keep the Heat in the playoff race. It’s a back-to-back, but he’s coming off one of the greatest game-winners ever. And I’m not doubting Wade. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
