Players costing over $6,667

Jusuf Nurkic (at TOR – $8,000): Needs 36.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 35.75 fantasy points against Boston. Nurkic has been a bit inconsistent during this road trip and this is a tough matchup, but it’s a pretty weak night at the center position. And with Kanter out, Nurkic could see over 30 minutes. They’ll need him to combat the Raptors frontcourt, which is one of the best in the league. If nothing else, he should get you value in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Deandre Ayton (vs NO – $7,600): Needs 34.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31 fantasy points against Miami. Ayton has settled into a decent spot but I’d like to see a bit more out of him. He’ll have a good opportunity in this one as the Pelicans are pretty weak against all DFS positions and with the whole Davis situation, that doesn’t really help their cause. I have a good feeling Ayton has a big game in this one. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Jarrett Allen (vs CHA – $6,700): Needs 30.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31.2 fantasy points against Washington. Your only other option in this spot is Al Horford and he seems to have fallen back down to how he was earlier in the season. And the Celtics are just a mess right now. Allen typically gets the minutes and I love this matchup for him as the Hornets frontcourt is weak. He had 35.2 fantasy points against them on Feb. 23. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
