High Value C

Players costing $6,667 or under

Brook Lopez (at UTA – $6,200): Needs 28.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 15.6 fantasy points against LA Lakers. Expect a bounce back game from Lopez in this one. They’ll use him to try and keep Gobert out of the basket, but he’ll always have to stay under the basket more on defense because Gobert doesn’t roam outside of the restricted area. He’s been a strong option all season and I trust him to bounce back in this game. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Joakim Noah (at DAL – $5,800): Needs 26.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31.3 fantasy points against Chicago. Noah continues to get it done in a big way for the Grizzlies and it’s really odd to see. He’s not playing many minutes but he’s playing enough minutes and making the most of his time on the court. The Mavericks are a good matchup as they have very little inside presence. Keep taking Noah until he gives you a reason not to. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Mason Plumlee (vs NO – $5,000): Needs 22.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 34.8 fantasy points against Utah. Plumlee is coming off a big game and he typically gets enough minutes, even coming off the bench. The matchup is good with the Pelicans being on a back-to-back and probably resting Davis because reasons. Even if they don’t rest Davis, he won’t play many minutes. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
