High Value PG

Players costing $6,667 or under

Darren Collison (vs ORL – $6,600): Needs 29 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 33.9 fantasy points against Minnesota. You pretty much know what you’re getting from Collison at this point. The Pacers just have a bunch of reliable players at a good salary and Collison is one of those guys. I like this game from a DFS perspective because the Magic are scrappy and fun and the Pacers are the new Spurs. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Derrick White (vs OKC – $6,000): Needs 26.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 37.2 fantasy points against Detroit. White is starting to look more like himself and now he has a good matchup on Saturday. It’s good because the Spurs are at home and they are great at home. And it’s good because Westbrook isn’t going to defend him much, leaving him open to score and run the offense. He’ll deliver a strong performance in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

DJ Augustin (at IND – $4,800): Needs 21.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 26.5 fantasy points against Golden State. Augustin continues to play a reliable game for the Magic as long as the minutes are there. And the minutes will certainly be there for him in this matchup as it should be a competitive affair. Augustin remains at a good salary given his minutes and opportunities in the Magic offense. He’ll get his points and assists if nothing else in this game. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
