High Salary C

Players costing over $6,667

Nikola Jokic (at SA – $11,200): Needs 50.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 51.3 fantasy points against New Orleans. Jokic didn’t play many minutes against the Pelicans but still made the most of those minutes. The Spurs are a tough matchup, especially at home, but Jokic has proven himself all season. And they’ll need him to be huge in this game if they want to break out of their slide. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Rudy Gobert (vs NO – $10,300): Needs 46.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 19.3 fantasy points against Milwaukee. Gobert was useless against the Bucks, but the Pelicans haven’t been able to stop anyone all season and have been terrible against the position in FD. Gobert will be better in this one, largely because he can’t be any worse. I don’t like Ayton against the Bucks and Whiteside’s status is a mystery. Thus, Gobert. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.

Mitchell Robinson (at SAC – $7,100): Needs 32.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 43.1 fantasy points against LA Clippers. I continue to love Robinson’s game. Even in blowouts, he’s still playing with effort and energy. Poor guy. The Kings are a great matchup due to their pace and Robinson has proven himself in the second half of the season. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
