High Value PG

Players costing $6,667 or under

Derrick White (vs DEN – $6,200): Needs 27.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 36.6 fantasy points against Oklahoma City.White is looking more like himself after the injury and it’s no wonder the Spurs have turned it around these last two games. Being at home helps as well. They’re at home in this one and I’m not going to doubt him given his recent run and just how good he’s been playing all season. He’ll keep it going given that this should be a competitive game. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Patrick Beverley (at LAL – $6,000): Needs 26.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 21.5 fantasy points against New York. Get ready to read a lot about the Clippers. Because I love this game for them. They want to effectively end the Lakers and no one wants to end them more than Beverley, who never stops talking. He’s been playing well and I feel bad for Lonzo, who isn’t going to play but will hear a lot of Beverley. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Landry Shamet (at LAL – $4,600): Needs 20.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 24.6 fantasy points against New York. Hey look, it’s another Clipper. Shamet has been playing well, he gets the minutes, and he definitely gets the opportunities. And it just feels like a game where he kills the Lakers and has fans complaining about “Landry Shamet ended our season.” He’s at a good salary give his usual minutes and opportunities. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
