High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,667

Julius Randle (at UTA – $9,000): Needs 39.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 50 fantasy points against Denver. As long as Davis doesn’t play, you can take Randle with confidence. It’s a tough matchup but he’s been excellent as the starter this season and no Davis means Randle is featured more. He’s been over 50 fantasy points in three of his last four games. His only miss was limited minutes against the Suns. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Montrezl Harrell (at LAL – $7,200): Needs 31.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 28.5 fantasy points against New York. Harrell’s energy is going to be a big issue for the Lakers. Really, any frontcourt player is a big issue for the Lakers. Who thought signing JaVale McGee was a good idea? As I’ve been saying about the Clippers, I expect them to play with a ton of passion in this one. And Harrell will help lead the charge. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Derrick Favors (vs NO – $7,000): Needs 30.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 54.6 fantasy points against Milwaukee. Favors has been ballin’ as of late and now he has a good matchup against the Pelicans, who are weak against opposing frontcourt players and just don’t play much defense. The minutes are up for Favors as well, which also helps. I’m not fully trustworthy of him as his salary rises because his minutes could tail off quickly. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
