High Salary C

Players costing over $6,250

Karl-Anthony Towns (vs OKC -$10,600): Needs 51.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 55.5 fantasy points against Washington. You typically know what you’re getting from Towns. He’s been rough against the Thunder in recent games but it’s been due to foul trouble and not anything the Thunder have done. Trust him to not get into as much foul trouble this game, especially if he doesn’t have to deal with Paul George going at him. He’s always good for a double-double and he picks it up with his assists. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Nikola Vucevic (at PHI – $9,200): Needs 44.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 61.25 fantasy points against Cleveland. And if you don’t want to spend on Towns, you can always go with Vucevic. With Embiid out of the lineup, there’s plenty to like about Vucevic. He’s been a force all season and the Sixers won’t have an answer for him with no Embiid or Boban. I love Vucevic on Tuesday. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

DeMarcus Cousins (vs BOS – $8,000): Needs 38.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 41 fantasy points against Phildelphia. Cousins has settled in a bit but we know he’s capable of more. And if the Celtics are feeling like the current Celtics, then it will be an easy night at the office for Cousins. He has to step up with Klay out and we know he’s able to do just that. He had 36.5 fantasy points in 23 minutes against the Celtics on Jan. 26. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
