High Value PG

Players costing $6,250 or under

Jamal Murray (at LAL – $6,200): Needs 29.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 42.5 fantasy points against San Antonio. The Nuggets are struggling but Murray is playing well. And now he gets the Lakers. I don’t know what to make of the Lakers, but I know it’s not good and I know their defense is even worse. I love the way Murray is playing right now and he’s a guy who will want to rub salt in the wound. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Derrick White (at ATL – $5,400): Needs 25.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 38 fantasy points against Denver. White’s salary has finally jumped after the makers realized he’s back in form and playing extremely well. And now he gets the Hawks, where the pace will be up and the opportunities will definitely be there. I continue to love White given how he’s played this season. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Caris LeVert (vs CLE – $5,400): Needs 25.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 34.25 fantasy points against Dallas. LeVert looked more like himself against the Mavericks and I like the move to the bench as it gets him away from Russell for a bit and allows him to be the guy he was before the injury. The Cavaliers should be an easy matchup to help him return to form. As long as he’s coming off the bench, you can take him with some confidence. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
