High Salary SF

Players costing over $6,250

LeBron James (vs DEN – $11,300): Needs 53 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 49.5 fantasy points against LA Clippers. Does LeBron James care anymore? I truthfully don’t know. If he does, he’s really going to have to bring it in this game. If he doesn’t or if he’s just not capable of, there’s a high bust possibility. But I’m not in the business of doubting LeBron with his back against the wall. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Jimmy Butler (at CHI – $7,300): Needs 33.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 28 fantasy points against Orlando. You can always go with Tobias Harris, who is probably more reliable because he’s just a better player in the Sixers offense. But Butler typically steps his game up against the Bulls. Mainly because the Bulls aren’t very good and Butler can easily pick on them. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Buddy Hield (vs BOS – $7,200): Needs 33.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 52.5 fantasy points against New York. Hield had a big game against the Knicks because it’s the Knicks. But I like him in this matchup as the Celtics are on a back-to-back and the Kings are still desperate for every win as they try to make the playoffs. And Hield has been playing very well during this recent stretch. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
