High Value SF

Players costing $6,250 or under

Rudy Gay (at ATL – $6,000): Needs 28.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 37.75 fantasy points against Denver. Gay has looked more like himself in the last two games, though the Spurs have been at home, where they’ve been very good. The road has been a struggle for the Spurs, but it’s the Hawks. The pace will be up and Gay will thrive with the extra opportunities. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Trevor Ariza (vs DAL – $5,900): Needs 27.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 28.5 fantasy points against Minnesota. Ariza didn’t play big minutes against the Timberwolves but still put up the numbers. He’s been mainly good as a member of the Wizards and he can do a bit of everything. I continue to love this matchup and I also like the Wizards offense, at least in DFS terms. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Cedi Osman (at BKN – $5,500): Needs 25.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 33 fantasy points against Orlando. As long as Love is in the lineup, Cedi’s job becomes easier. The matchup is a good one as the Nets play with pace and there defense is great. Plus the Cavaliers clearly like Cedi and will continue to give him big minutes and opportunities. If Love is in the lineup, you can love Cedi. Or something like that. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
