FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – March 6, 2019
High Value C
Players costing $6,667 or under
Willie Cauley-Stein (vs BOS – $6,000): Needs 26.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 30.9 fantasy points against New York. Much like I love Giles due to the injury to Bagley, I love WCS. He’s playing more meaningful minutes and getting more chances as the Kings are down a good frontcourt player. The Celtics looked much better against the Warriors, but they are on a back-to-back and there are still bad vibes around this team. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
Cody Zeller (vs MIA – $5,700): Needs 25.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 23.1 fantasy points against Portland. Zeller has been a fairly reliable option all season and his salary has dropped back to a more reasonable level. He’s the best frontcourt player on the Hornets and his minutes should be back up given the Miami frontcourt. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
Robin Lopez (vs PHI – $5,700): Needs 25.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 41.3 fantasy points against Indiana. Lopez has been fantastic for the Bulls recently and now he gets a Sixers team that is still lacking in their frontcourt. Given the Bulls lack of frontcourt depth, they need someone to get numbers for them at the position. Lopez has definitely been the top option for them during this recent run. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
