FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – March 8, 2019
High Value SG
Players costing $6,667 or under
Evan Fournier (vs DAL – $5,800): Needs 24.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31.4 fantasy points against Philadelphia. Fournier has been a bit up-and-down in recent contests but he’s been mostly good over the past month or so. And the matchup is a good one as the Mavericks don’t have a lot going on and have no interest in playing defense. The Magic play to their competition, so this one might be closer than Magic fans would probably like given their fight for the playoffs. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
Delon Wright (vs UTA – $5,800): Needs 24.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 38.3 fantasy points against Portland. As long as Bradley is out of the lineup, you can take Wright with confidence. He’s playing very well right now and with Bradley out, he becomes more of the second option on the perimeter and first option off the bench. It’s a tough matchup but someone has to get these numbers besides Conley. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
Luke Kennard (at CHI – $5,400): Needs 23 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 29.1 fantasy points against Minnesota. I’ve been recommending Kennard for a couple of weeks now and he’s mostly delivered. He’s playing big minutes and really stepping up to boost the Pistons bench. The Bulls are a good matchup as their defense still isn’t all that great. Meanwhile, the Pistons have found something. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
