High Salary PG

Players costing over $6,250

Damian Lillard (vs PHO – $8,800): Needs 42.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 76.76 fantasy points against Oklahoma City. Lillard put up a huge game against the Thunder and now he gets the Suns. Truthfully, he shouldn’t need to have a big game against the Suns because the Blazers should just take care of business. But Lillard may not want to play any games against them and he’ll just put them away on his own. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Trae Young (vs BKN – $8,200): Needs 39.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 37 fantasy points against San Antonio. The Hawks have had a couple of days off and Young played well against the Spurs, which should be a good sign for his value coming into this game. I don’t think he’s cooled off despite not having a big game in his last three and I like this matchup enough to let him prove himself once more. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Rajon Rondo (vs BOS – $6,800): Needs 32.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 34.25 fantasy points against Denver. This could go one of two ways. Either Rondo sticks it to everyone and just sits 10 seats down from his teammates the entire game pouting. Or he up shows against the Celtics like he always shows up against the Celtics and sticks it to everyone by playing one of his better games of the season. There is no in-between. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.
