High Salary SG

Players costing over $6,250

Bradley Beal (at MIN – $9,700): Needs 45.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 41.5 fantasy points against Charlotte. You just know what you’re getting from Beal on most nights. It’s a back-to-back, but I’d be more concerned about that if the matchup were tougher or if we weren’t talking about one of the most reliable players this entire season. Beal will continue to get it done because the Wizards demand him to do so. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Devin Booker (at POR – $8,400): Needs 39.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 59.75 fantasy points against New York. Booker had a big game against the Knicks but everyone has a big game against the Knicks so that doesn’t really count. The Blazers will be a much tougher matchup, especially given how I expect them to play with their circumstances and fighting for playoff positioning. Still, Booker is a high ceiling guy and has had some big game against the Blazers in the past. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

D’Angelo Russell (at ATL – $8,100): Needs 38.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 43 fantasy points against Cleveland. Russell has looked more like himself in the last two games and now he has a great matchup against the Hawks. As much as I like Dinwiddie coming off the bench for the Nets, I like Russell just as much in the starting lineup. He and Trae Young should put on a show in this game. The scoring and assists will definitely be there. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
