High Salary SF

Players costing over $6,250

Giannis Antetokounmpo (vs CHA – $11,300): Needs 53.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 52.5 fantasy points against Indiana. You just know what you’re getting out of Giannis every night. He’s going to be at 50 fantasy points minimum and his ceiling is much higher. The matchup is a good one with the Hornets being on a back-to-back. He’s been exceptional against the Hornets this season, averaging 62.3 fantasy points in three games. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

LeBron James (vs BOS – $10,800): Needs 50.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 53.25 fantasy points against Denver. I never want to go against LeBron but this feels like a stay away game. The minutes restriction is going to be in place and LeBron isn’t about to bust his ass in meaningless regular season games. He barely busts his ass (at least defensively) when the games do matter. And this salary is just too high with so many unknowns. But he’s also LeBron.Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.

Khris Middleton (vs CHA – $6,900): Needs 32 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 42 fantasy points against Indiana. As expect, Middleton bounced back from a rough Suns game with a good performance against the Pacers. He’s still the second best player on a very good team and the matchup is a good one on Saturday. If nothing else, Middleton should get you value. But the ceiling is higher. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
