High Value SF

Players costing $6,250 or under

Rudy Gay (vs MIL – $5,900): Needs 27.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31.75 fantasy points against Atlanta. Gay is currently questionable with an illness but all signs point to him playing so I’m going to leave him on the list. Check his status before making any decisions. Gay is in the starting lineup again but whether he’s starting or coming off the bench, the minutes are there and Gay has proven to be a strong scorer and rebounder this season. It’s a tough matchup but this is when gay can shine. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.

Jonathan Isaac (at MEM – $5,200): Needs 24.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31.25 fantasy points against Dallas. Isaac looks back in form after a couple of tough games. The Grizzlies can be a tough matchup because of their slow pace but there should be plenty of rebounding opportunities so Isaac will deliver there and he’ll get enough points. He’s at a good salary given his usual minutes and production. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Andre Iguodala (vs PHO – $3,900): Needs 18.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 20.5 fantasy points against Denver. You never know quite what you’re going to get out of Iguodala but he typically plays enough minutes and we know the team he is on. And it’s the Suns. Iguodala should get his numbers against a weak Suns second unit and he’s at a low enough salary to where he won’t hurt you. But he should be at value if nothing else. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a decent ceiling.
