High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,667

Julius Randle (at ATL – $9,100): Needs 39.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 35.3 fantasy points against Toronto. With no Holiday and not much of Davis, Randle has more opportunities than ever. It can lead to bigger games but it also leads to extra attention. And the Pelicans don’t have a good enough team without Holiday to really lift him. But this is a great matchup and one Randle should thrive against. Trust him to get it done. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

LaMarcus Aldridge (vs MIL – $8,400): Needs 36.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 47.8 fantasy points against Atlanta. Aldridge has settled into a nice spot as he’s been giving you reliable production as of late. If Rudy Gay ends up missing this game, it means more opportunities with scoring and rebounding for Aldridge. The matchup is tough but the Bucks do lack a little size when it comes to defending Aldridge in the post. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

John Collins (vs NO – $7,900): Needs 34.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 62.5 fantasy points against Brooklyn. It’s all chalk at the power forward position. Aaron Gordon is probably my next favorite option if you want to save money and Draymond has the Suns. You can never go wrong picking against the Suns. But I like this matchup for Collins even if the Hawks are on a back-to-back. He’ll get his scoring and rebounding numbers given the Pelicans typical game. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
