High Value SG

Players costing $6,250 or under

JJ Redick (vs CLE – $5,200): Needs 24.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 17.75 fantasy points against Indiana. I know Redick has been not good lately. He’s just not shooting well. But the shots and minutes are there. And it’s the Cavaliers. The Cavaliers on a back-to-back. At some point, Redick is going to find his shooting touch. Why not against the Cavaliers? Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.

Jalen Brunson (vs SA – $5,000): Needs 23.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 30.75 fantasy points against Houston. Brunson continues to play well and even though it’s a tough matchup, the Mavericks are better at home and Brunson gets plenty of minutes and opportunities. And he’s at a good salary given those minutes and opportunities. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Wesley Matthews (vs NY – $4,500): Needs 21 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 13 fantasy points against Philadelphia. Matthews has kind go leveled off and he wasn’t good against the Sixers. But did I mention that they are playing the Knicks? You can always bet against the Knicks. Matthews will have a bounce back performance and turn in a strong game. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
