High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,667

Julius Randle (vs MIL – $9,000): Needs 39.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 34.1 fantasy points against Atlanta. Randle was down against the Hawks but don’t worry too much. The Bucks can be a tough matchup but they’ve actually struggled against this position. And Randle remains the best player on the Pelicans. This is a gut feeling pick but you can go with Kevin Love, assuming he plays, who is probably more reliable. But Randle has the higher ceiling. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Lauri Markkanen (vs LAL – $8,300): Needs 36.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31.2 fantasy points against Detroit. Markkanen has been done in the last couple of games but don’t be worried. He gets the Lakers on Tuesday and nothing cures a players woes like the Lakers. Markkenen should bounce back with a strong scoring and rebounding performance. He’s the best player on the court on Tuesday. Sorry, LeBron. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Tobias Harris (vs CLE – $7,400): Needs 32.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 35.6 fantasy points against Indiana. Harris has settled in nicely and with Jimmy Butler possibly not playing, Harris will continue to boost their scoring. And it’s the Cavaliers. Embiid makes his life easier and he should get plenty of points in this one. The ceiling is a bit more limited with Embiid in the lineup despite Butler missing. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
