Players costing $6,250 or under

Kenneth Faried (vs GS – $5,100): Needs 24.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 30.75 fantasy points against Charlotte. Faried is doing a lot of talking right now and if you’re going to talk that much, you better back it up a little. His energy can hurt the Warriors if the Warriors are going through the motions like they are a team to do. His ceiling is high and the minutes will be there given the opponent. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Jae Crowder (at PHO – $5,000): Needs 23.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 26 fantasy points against Oklahoma City. Crowder remains at a good salary given his minutes and production right now. He’ll continue to get those opportunities, especially against the Suns. And if the Suns keep it competitive, that’s even better news for Crowder and the Jazz. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Jonathan Isaac (at WAS – $5,000): Needs 23.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 21.5 fantasy points against Memphis. If Aaron Gordon doesn’t end up playing in this one, it should mean more opportunities for Isaac. The minutes are there for him, which is always good. And the Wizards are a great opponent for anyone. I love him at this salary. He’ll get you value if nothing else. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
