31. player. 51. . Safety. Washington. Taylor Rapp

The Los Angeles Rams made it all the way to the SUper Bowl last season, as they were the class of the NFC for most of the year. With a young quarterback, and stellar head coach, this is a Rams team that should be good for quite a while, and they made sure to lock up  their best asset, Aaron Donald last offseason.

Heading into this offseason, they have already decided to bring back Dante Fowler Jr., who played well after coming over via a trade with the Jacksonville Jaguars last season. One player they will be missing from 2018 is safety Lamarcus Joyner, who  has decided to sign with the Oakland Raiders on a four-year deal.

With Joyner gone, the Rams have to do something to bolster the safety spot, and Taylor Rapp from Washington is a guy who could sneak into the first round. Rapp has been telling everybody that he is the best safety in this draft class, and the tape does not lie, as he was certainly a difference maker for the Huskies last season.

Los Angeles has the talent on both sides of the ball to stay relevant next season, and they should be in the running for at least an NFC West title. The Seattle Seahawks surprised a lot of people last season, and should be right on their heels, so they need to make sure they continue to revamp this roster while Jared Goff is still on his rookie deal.
