28. . Edge. Kentucky. Josh Allen. 4. player

It was the weekend of the Oakland Raiders, as they made two huge moves that will impact their roster in a big way in 2019, and beyond. First,  they struck gold by trading for wide receiver Antonio Brown, who fills a major void on their roster, and it only cost a third and fifth round pick to get him.

Then, later on Sunday, they traded away former All-Pro left guard Kelechi Osemele, sending him to the New York Jets in a move that saved them $10.2 million against the cap in 2019. That money could free up the Raiders to target another big-name former Pittsburgh Steelers, as they could have their eyes set on Le’Veon Bell.

When it comes time for them to draft at No. 4, Oakland needs to target their biggest weakness last season, and that was getting after the quarterback. There are a handful of elite prospects in that department this draft season, including Josh Allen from Kentucky, who is the guy that fits their system the best.

Allen capped off his stellar career at Kentucky by terrorizing a very good Penn State offensive line, and is a guy who could be a double-digit sack machine at the next level. The loss of Khalil Mack last season was a tough one for the Silver and Black, but Allen is an incredible  talent, and would pair nicely with Arden Key next season.
