The  Tampa Bay Buccaneers will have a brand new coaching staff in 2019, as they got former Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians to come out of a one-year retirement. In addition, they signed former New York Jets head coach Todd Bowles to be their defensive coordinator, and he is one of the best in the game in that role.

When it comes to the 2019 NFL Draft, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a lot of holes they need to fill, and they may choose to focus on the defensive side of the ball at No. 5. With Bowles as the new defensive coordinator,  the team will be moving to a 3-4 defense, and adding a player like Devin White from LSU makes sense with this pick.

White is a guy who can come in and be a leader on this Bucs defense, as he is one of the more heady linebackers in this draft class. In addition, he also plays sideline to sideline, and is one of the better tacklers that will be available in 2019.

Tampa Bay has a lot of work to do, and it will be up to Arians to get the best out of Jameis Winston as he enters year No. 5 as the team’s starting quarterback. Winston has shown in spurts that he can be a legitimate franchise quarterback in this league, and if Arians cannot get him to turn his career around, nobody can.
