High Salary C

Players costing over $6,250

Nikola Jokic (vs DAL – $10,000): Needs 48.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 38.5 fantasy points against Minnesota. This salary is high with Jokic but the matchup is fantastic. The Mavericks have no one in their frontcourt who can stop him. Sorry, Dwight Powell. And Jokic has shown a high ceiling all season. The concern is a blowout and it’s a real concern, especially at this salary. It makes him less reliable but the ceiling is high as long as it’s competitive. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Nikola Vucevic (vs CLE – $9,200): Needs 44.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 44.5 fantasy points against Washington. Perhaps a better option is Vucevic, who has been a reliable option all season and now gets the Cavaliers. It’s a back-to-back for Orlando but the Cavaliers are the Cavaliers. And they’ll keep it competitive because the Magic don’t pull away from anyone. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Myles Turner (vs OKC – $6,700): Needs 32.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 40.25 fantasy points against New York. Turner has definitely turned his game around and even though the Thunder can be a tough matchup, there’s just a lot to love with this Pacers squad in DFS terms. They have reliable players and all of them are at good salaries compared to the rest of the field. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
