High Value C

Players costing $6,250 or under

Dwight Powell (vs CLE – $6,000): Needs 29 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31.5 fantasy points against Denver. The Mavericks need someone out of their frontcourt and Powell has been that something in recent contests. The matchup is great because Cleveland doesn’t have much going on as a team. And again, someone has to get these numbers for the Mavericks frontcourt. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Joakim Noah (at WAS – $5,200): Needs 25.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 33.5 fantasy points against Atlanta. Noah is still the best center in the league and now he gets a great matchup against the Wizards, who are on a back-to-back. Noah may not play many minutes, but he’ll play enough minutes to be worth your time on Saturday. He’ll do a bit of everything and may end up with a double-double. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Mason Plumlee (vs IND – $4,400): Needs 21 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 22.25 fantasy points against Dallas. Plumlee has been delivering and as he’s getting enough minutes to make an impact and he’s doing well in those minutes. The minutes should definitely be there against the Pacers and their tough frontcourt. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
