High Value PG

Players costing $6,250 or under

Spencer Dinwiddie (at LAC – $6,100): Needs 29.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 28.75 fantasy points against Utah. Dinwiddie is looking more like himself following the injury as he’s been back for almost three weeks now. It’s a back-to-back for the Nets, which are always tough and the Clippers are a very good team. But I like the way Dinwiddie is playing right now and he remains at a good enough salary to contribute big. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Tyus Jones (at HOU – $4,700): Needs 22.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31.25 fantasy points against Utah. As long as Teague and Rose are out of the lineup and Jones gets the start, you can take him with all the confidence. Someone has to get numbers for the Timberwolves backcourt and Jones has proven himself capable. He’s at a great salary given his minutes and usual production. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (vs BKN – $4,500): Needs 21.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 44.25 fantasy points against Chicago. SAG has picked his game up in March after a slow start following the break. The Nets on a back-to-back would seem to be a great matchup, he gets the minutes as the starter, and he’s at a great salary. I love the way he’s playing right now and he’ll get you value if nothing else at this salary. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
