DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – March 17, 2019
High Value SF
Players costing $6,250 or under
Evan Fournier (vs ATL – $5,500): Needs 25.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 23 fantasy points against Cleveland. Fournier hasn’t been great in recent contests but it’s the Hawks. He’s averaging 38.3 fantasy points in two games against the Hawks this season. The minutes are there for him and we know he can do a bit of everything. You can rarely go wrong picking against the Hawks and Fournier should finally have a big performance after weeks of failing. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
Jonathan Isaac (vs ATL – $5,200): Needs 24.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 16 fantasy points against Cleveland. Isaac hasn’t been as down as Fournier but he also hasn’t been as good as we’ve seen from him in his recent contests. But once again, it’s the Hawks. This is a game for Isaac to bounce back and show his high ceiling. Not everyone can get numbers but Isaac should get his points and rebounds in this one. Fournier has the higher ceiling, Isaac might be more reliable. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
Kevin Huerter (at ORL – $4,300): Needs 19.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 22.25 fantasy points against Boston. Huerter continues to play well for the Hawks and he remains at a great salary. He’s getting enough minutes to produce as the Hawks try to see what they have with him and Young in the backcourt moving into the next decade. The minutes and opportunities will continue to be there and Huerter will continue to deliver. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
