FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – March 18, 2019
High Salary SF
Players costing over $6,667
Paul George (vs MIA – $11,200): Needs 46.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 48.6 fantasy points against Golden State. George is looking to be back into form. And the better news for his value on Monday is that Westbrook is out of the lineup for the Thunder. That means George is going to do everything for the Thunder offense. Even though the Heat can turn things into muck and the Thunder offense has stalled, the circumstances are too good for George and he’s just been great this season. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
Otto Porter Jr. (at PHO – $7,200): Needs 30 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 12.9 fantasy points against Kings. It’s a back-to-back for the Bulls but they get the Suns, so does it really count? The Kings game worries me but this should be a big offensive game for both teams as neither team has shown much interest in playing defense all season. And we know Porter has shown a high ceiling. Durant is reliable if he plays. I don’t suspect Kawhi will play but you can rarely go wrong against the Knicks. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.
Kelly Oubre Jr (vs CHI – $6,900): Needs 28.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 44.2 fantasy points against New Orleans. Oubre Jr. has been fantastic since joining the Suns and I don’t see him slowing down, especially in this matchup against the Bulls. As mentioned above, there should be plenty of offense in this game and Oubre will have a big hand in contributing as he can do a bit of everything. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
