High Value SF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Bojan Bogdanovic (at POR – $6,400): Needs 26.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 24.2 fantasy points against Denver. Bogdanovic was down a bit against the Nuggets but don’t be too concerned. He’s been playing too well this season to think it was anything more than an off night. The Blazers are a tough matchup but Bogdanovic has been delivering for most of the season and he’ll bounce back in this game, especially at the lower salary. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Will Barton (at BOS – $5,900): Needs 24.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 36.7 fantasy points against Indiana. Barton has been a bit up and down as of late but he’s getting the minutes and has shown plenty of signs of life since the break. And they’ll need him to deliver against the Celtics if they want to pull off the road upset. He had 41.9 fantasy points in a game against the Celtics last season. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.

Jae Crowder (at WAS – $5,300): Needs 22.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 16.8 fantasy points against Brooklyn. Crowder has been up-and-down in recent games. He was down against the Nets, so if the trend holds, he should be up against the Wizards. And it’s the Wizards. Who doesn’t play well against the Wizards? Crowder gets the minutes and opportunities, which certainly helps his case. He’ll bounce back to form in this one. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
