Players costing $6,250 or under

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (vs IND – $4,900): Needs 23.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 33.5 fantasy points against Brooklyn. SAG continues to play well for the Clippers and he remains at a good salary given his usual minutes and opportunities. The Pacers are on a back-to-back, and if they have heavy legs, the Clippers will definitely take advantage of them. I love the way he’s playing right now and expect him to keep it up. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Caris LeVert (at SAC – $4,900): Needs 23 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 26.5 fantasy points against LA Clippers. LeVert has been added to the starting lineup the past two games and it helped his value against the Clippers. He’s still not all the way right after his leg injury but the Kings are a good matchup to boost your numbers against. He’s at a good enough salary given his minutes and how good we know he can be. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Alex Caruso (at MIL – $3,600): Needs 17.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 35.25 fantasy points against New York. It’s Caruso time in Los Angeles. He’s been over 29 fantasy points in his last three games. It looks like he’s going to get all the minutes moving forward and that’s a good sign for his value. Of course, Luke could just decide to play Rajon Rondo for 40 minutes against the Bucks because Luke Walton is weird. But trust that Caruso will keep getting minutes. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
