Clemson. Dexter Lawrence. 14. player. 44. . Defensive Tackle

The Atlanta Falcons went 7-9 last season, finishing second in the NFC South, and missing out on the playoffs. Atlanta will go into the upcoming season with a brand new coaching staff, although the main man remains in place, as the team decided to hang on to head coach Dan Quinn for at least another season.

This offseason, Atlanta has made some nice moves to bolster their lines, adding talent to the offensive line, and placing the franchise tag on Grady Jarrett. The big fella was the Falcons biggest concern heading into this offseason, and having him back for 2019 means they should be solid up front, especially if they can give him help.

Enter Dexter Lawrence, who heads into the NFL Draft after missing out on the College Football Playoff due to a failed drug test. Still, that should not affect his draft status, and when you team him up with Jarrett in the middle for the Falcons next season, this could be the best defensive line in the division.

Atlanta has done a nice job bolstering their coaching staff, bringing in former head coaches in Dirk Koetter and Mike Mularkey. This is a team  that should bounce back after a poor 2018 season, and with talent on both sides of the ball, they will certainly be gunning for at least a Wild Card spot next season.
