44. Buzz Williams, Virginia Tech

Williams is still relatively new to the coaching scene, but he is a name to watch going forward. After a successful run at Marquette, Williams jumped to Virginia Tech five years ago, recording at least 20 wins in the past four seasons despite competing in the rugged ACC.

43. Chris Holtmann, Ohio State

Holtmann had a strong three-year run at Butler before becoming the new head coach at Ohio State, and he has guided his teams to five straight NCAA Tournament appearances. The Buckeyes have gone 44-23 in Holtmann’s two years at the helm and the future looks bright in Columbus.

42. James Jones, Yale

The Bulldogs were irrelevant in basketball when Jones arrived in 1999, but he has managed to build up the program nicely over the years. Yale is now a consistent contender in the Ivy League and has gone to the NCAA Tournament twice, scoring a win in 2016 when they upset Baylor in the Round of 64.

41. Mike Young, Wofford

The Terriers are poised to bust some brackets this year, and this could be the best outfit Mike Young has ever had. Wofford has gone to the NCAA Tournament five times since Young took over as head coach, all coming within the past 10 years.
