Friendships end on the road to WrestleMania
Cruiserweight Champion Buddy Murphy comes down to the ring with a stoic look on his face. Tony Nese embraces him as the two training partners and friends hug, seemingly to celebrate their big match at WrestleMania. They shake hands before Nese turns his back and gets hit with a knee by Murphy. 205 Live ends with Murphy standing over tall over the fallen Nese, ending their friendship and starting their road to WrestleMania.
The Cruiserweight Championship will see two new representatives from last year as Murphy defends against Nese, likely on the WrestleMania kick-off show. Nese is from New York and has already expressed the importance of this match for him in front of his hometown fans.
