DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – March 21, 2019
High Value SF
Players costing $6,250 or under
Andrew Wiggins (at CHA – $5,800): Needs 26.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 40.5 fantasy points against Golden State. I’ll never trust Andrew Wiggins. You shouldn’t trust Andrew Wiggins. But the matchup is good and Wiggins is playing with no real pressure with the Timberwolves done in the regular season. Maybe he can string two good games together? He gets the minutes and opportunities if nothing else. Diagnosis: Inconsistent with a high ceiling.
Harrison Barnes (vs DAL – $5,700): Needs 26.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 29.75 fantasy points against Brooklyn. Barnes has sort of found his rhythm as a member of the Kings and now he gets a revenge game against the Mavericks. You know, the team that traded him in the middle of a basketball game (granted, he knew the risk as they did inform him a trade was possible prior to the game). But revenge will still be on Barnes’ mind. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
Josh Jackson (vs DET – $4,800): Needs 22.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 30.75 fantasy points against Chicago. With Oubre Jr out, Jackson should continue his recent string of playing well. He’s been over 30 fantasy points in the last two games. He’s a guy who has always performed when given the minutes, just the minutes haven’t always been there because he’s not a consistent player. But the minutes are there right now due to injuries. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
