High Salary C

Players costing over $6,667

Karl-Anthony Towns (at CHA – $11,500): Needs 51.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 53.2 fantasy points against Golden State. It’s a good night at the center position but no one has a higher ceiling than Towns. The matchup is great as the Hornets don’t have anything going in their frontcourt and Towns dominates even the best of frontcourts. This should be an easy night at the office as long as the minutes are there for him. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Andre Drummond (at PHO – $10,900): Needs 48.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 61.7 fantasy points against Cleveland. Speaking of guys with a high ceiling. The return of Blake Griffin will cut into his production a bit but it won’t hurt him too much because he’s up against the Suns. Drummond should get plenty of points and rebounds in this one. You can also go with Jokic in this spot because that’s a great matchup but the Nuggets might be a bit too balanced for Jokic to have a monster game. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Rudy Gobert (at ATL – $9,400): Needs 42 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 32.8 fantasy points against New York. I told you it’s a good night at the center position. Gobert’s ceiling isn’t quite as high as the other two but it’s still pretty high give the matchup on Thursday. Much like Drummond, the points and rebounds should be there in a big way and he’ll get some blocks as the Hawks will try to attack the rim more than they should. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
