FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – March 21, 2019
High Salary PG
Players costing over $6,667
Stephen Curry (vs IND – $9,800): Needs 43.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 51.1 fantasy points against Minnesota. Steph Curry is playing extremely well right now and showing no signs of slowing down. Durant has seemingly taken a backseat for the splash brothers and that’s better for the Warriors. The Pacers are reeling and the Warriors, if they bother to care, are still the Warriors. You can count on Curry for value and then some in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
De’Aaron Fox (vs DAL – $8,500): Needs 37.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 43.3 fantasy points against Brooklyn. The Mavericks are on a back-to-back and the Kings are on their last playoff legs. De’Aaron Fox is a competitor and he’ll do everything in his power to lift the Kings in this game because it’s a great matchup and the Kings are one of the few teams with an incentive the play hard in these final weeks. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
Trae Young (vs UTA – $7,600): Needs 33.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 39.8 fantasy points against Houston. The matchup is tough because the Jazz can lock in defensively. They’re on a back-to-back but got plenty of rest against the Knicks. That said, Young has played very well after the break and we know the kind of ceiling he is. He’s also at a good salary compared to the rest of the field. Despite the tough matchup, I’m going to trust him to deliver big once again. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
