Players costing $6,667 or under

Ricky Rubio (at ATL – $6,600): Needs 29.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31.1 fantasy points against New York. It’s a back-to-back for the Jazz but they didn’t expend much energy against the Knicks. Rubio has been playing well and this is a matchup that definitely favors him with the Hawks usual pace. You can always safely go against the Hawks due to their pace and style. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Reggie Jackson (at PHO – $5,500): Needs 24.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 19.4 fantasy points against Cleveland. You never quite know what you’re going to get with Reggie and if you want to save a little bit of money, you can go with Ish Smith in this spot. Either way, they are going up against the Suns and you should always take advantage of the Suns. Reggie has a high ceiling and this feels like a game where he shows it. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Tyus Jones (at CHA – $5,300): Needs 23.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 26.3 fantasy points against Golden State. As long as Teague and Rose are still out, Jones will continue to get the minutes and opportunities. Even though he hasn’t shown his high ceiling like in past starts, this is his best matchup in recent games as the Hornets don’t play much defense and plenty of points should be scored in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
