Players costing $6,667 or under

Damyean Dotson (vs DEN – $5,700): Needs 23.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 30.7 fantasy points against Utah. I don’t trust the Knicks because why should you trust the Knicks? But Dotson gets the minutes on most nights and with the Nuggets on a back-to-back, there’s reason to think that the Knicks can make it competitive for at least a quarter or two. And Dotson has been delivering in the minutes. The issue is his minutes could crap out at any point. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Delon Wright (at ORL – $5,100): Needs 21.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 20.6 fantasy points against Houston. Wright is getting plenty of minutes and even though he’s been down in the last two games, I like this matchup for him, especially with Conley and Bradley out of the lineup. Someone has to get these numbers on the perimeter for the Grizzlies and Wright has proven himself capable in recent weeks. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Danny Green (vs OKC – $4,500): Needs 18.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 36 fantasy points against Oklahoma City. Maybe Green cools off after not missing against the Thunder on Wednesday but that would mean the Thunder defense plays better. And I don’t trust the Thunder defense to play better. And Green just continues to shoot the ball well while finding other ways to contribute. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
