High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,250

Lauri Markkanen (vs UTA – $6,900): Needs 32.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 61.25 fantasy points against Washington. With all the injuries to the Bulls, Markkanen has had to step ups and he’s a guy who has a proven high ceiling. This is a tough matchup and I expect the Jazz to come out blazing after dropping a game they should not have dropped against the Hawks. But I still like Markkanen’s game and circumstances in this one. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Draymond Green (vs DAL – $6,400): Needs 30.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 25.75 fantasy points against Indiana. Green can be all over the place but with Curry out of the lineup, more of the offense is going to run through him with his playmaking and we know he can get it done with his playmaking while also chipping in with some assists and rebounds. Plus, it’s the Mavericks. Green will get you value if nothing else in this matchup but expect more due to the circumstances. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Marvin Bagley III (vs PHO – $6,300): Needs 30 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 47.5 fantasy points against Dallas. MB3 is over the salary line as he’s coming off a huge game against the Mavericks but it’s still on the low end compared to the rest of the field and he’s up against the Suns. I’ve love MB3 for the majority of the season and he’s been very good for the majority of the season. Trust him to keep it up given the matchup. He had 46.25 fantasy points against the Suns on Feb. 10. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
