Players costing over $6,667

Lauri Markkanen (vs UTA – $7,900): Needs 34.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 57.1 fantasy points against Washington. With the injuries to everyone on the Bulls perimeter, Markkanen has had to step up for the Bulls. This matchup is much tougher than it was against the Wizards and that’s worrisome, but Markkanen is a guy who is going to play hard and again, with the injuries to the Bulls, Markkanen just remains the best option. I love his ceiling due to circumstances but I don’t love the matchup. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.

Marvin Bagley III (vs PHO – $7,000): Needs 30.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 47.4 fantasy points against Dallas. Now here’s a guy I just absolutely love. MB3 continues to play well, he’s back in form, and he gets the Suns. He’s playing great right now and I’m been banging on MB3 for the majority of the season. He hasn’t let me down since I turned to him and I probably owe him some of my winnings. He had 46.9 fantasy point against the Suns on Feb. 10. He’ll deliver unless something goes horribly wrong. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Derrick Favors (at CHI – $6,800): Needs 29.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 41.5 fantasy points against Atlanta. Favors was back in form against Atlanta and now has another great matchup against the Bulls. This should be an easy night at the office for Favors who will have no problem getting his points and rebounds in this one. The Jazz will look to bounce back in a big way after an unsuspecting loss to the Hawks. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
