High Value PF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Bam Adebayo (at WAS – $6,400): Needs 27.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 26.4 fantasy points against Milwaukee. The minutes were down for Adebayo against the Bucks but they should be back up against the Wizards. Although this has been a great matchup for Hassan Whiteside this season, which could limit Adebayo. The Miami rotation is all over the place at best but even in limited minutes, Adebayo should deliver given the matchup. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Bobby Portis (vs MIA – $5,700): Needs 24.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 28.1 fantasy points against Denver. Portis is getting the minutes for the Wizards right now and produces well in those minutes, going over 28 fantasy points in three of his last four games. He’s been very good against the Heat this season, averaging 33 fantasy points in two games. Granted, he was a member of the Bulls in those contests. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Richaun Holmes (at SAC – $4,400): Needs 19.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 29.5 fantasy points against Detroit. Holmes is getting enough minutes to make an impact and he’s making an impact. And now he gets the Kings. He’s averaging 26.2 fantasy points and 1.4 FPPM in three games against the Kings this season. As long as he gets 19-21 minutes, he’ll be over value given the matchup and his low salary. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
