High Salary PG

Players costing over $6,667

Steph Curry (vs DET – $9,900): Needs 43.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 30.3 fantasy points against Indiana. While both teams are on a back-to-back, Curry will have at least been rested as he got the night off on Saturday. He’s been great throughout March and with everyone else maybe on tired legs, Curry can deliver his usual masterpiece. This assumes that the Warriors will care enough. I’ll assume that they’ll care enough. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

De’Aaron Fox (at LAL – $9,100): Needs 40.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 30.3 fantasy points against Phoenix. It’s a back-to-back for Fox but I’m not concerned about that because it’s the Lakers. And Fox and the Kings will relish the chance to rub salt into the wounds of the Lakers, especially the LeBron Lakers. Fox has been very good against Los Angeles this season, averaging 44.5 fantasy points in three games, including a 50.3 fantasy point outing in their Dec. 30 meeting. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Chris Paul (at NO – $8,200): Needs 36.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 33.1 fantasy points against San Antonio. You can always spend more and grab Kyrie, who continues to roll. And I expect Payton to bounce back after a rough outing against Orlando. Payton has a higher ceiling than Paul on most nights. But Paul is the reliable option and if the Rockets actually decide to rest Harden a bit, Paul will definitely benefit. If nothing else, he’s going to be around value. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
